When I first began my studies on female wellness, I noticed an overall lack of understanding and education of the female body. There were very little programs and books highlighting the ways in which women need specialized coaching on movement and nutrition, especially prenatal and postpartum women.
So that’s where I set my focus – because I believe every woman should have a deep connection to and understanding of her body.
Balance20 teaches you about your female body, going beyond generic workouts by targeting the unique needs of women through education and training of the inner core unit and functional movement patterns, encouraging strength from the inside out.
