Hi, I’m Anna, owner and practitioner of Balance Holistic Health. I am a board certified Holistic Health Practitioner through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, a certified Pre/Postnatal Exercise Specialist and Core Consultant through Fit for Birth, and a certified birth doula through DONA.
When I first began my studies on female wellness, I found the many ways in which modern approaches to health were failing women - a lack of integration of all bodily systems, lack of education on the basic workings of the female body, loss of confidence and empowerment, confusion, infertility, birth trauma, and so much more.
This sparked a deep desire to fill in the gaps and build a business rooted in service and support for women in the form of holistic health care.
I have tailored my research to the female body and work to support women from pre-conception, to birth, and beyond. I coach clients to achieve optimal health through the integration of movement, nourishment, and mindset, and support women through the transition into motherhood so that they may feel strong and capable in their bodies, and deliberately make choices that maximize their well-being and the well-being of their children.
I believe in and advocate for a more complete type of care for women, care that is built on the values of trust and service, and founded in education and empowerment.

After an in-depth spinal/postural assessment, a tailored approach to corrective exercise and functional training seeks to address any imbalances found, decrease pain, heal trauma from pregnancy/birth, and improve posture and strength.
Birth can and should be one of the most empowering moments of a woman's life. Learn how to exercise safely, eat to promote lactation, more about labor and delivery, and have the support of a certified birth doula by your side to help you achieve the birth of your dreams.
