Mamas, do you eat the same meals as your family?
I want to be clear here -
This isn’t a “diet for moms.”
This is nourishing the body following the principles of human physiology and what you are eating, your families should also!
The difference will be amount, ratios, and frequency - but it’s all the same foods.
We all eat a similar breakfast, lunch and dinner in our home and it’s far easier (and healthier) than mom being on a “special diet.”
My page is geared to mamas based on my own personal life experiences and education, but know that the principles and foundations are for humans - babies and husbands included.
